Shipping and delivery
Shipping bikes is our daily bread. Your bike will arrive safely packaged, within the timeframe we specify on the website and to the address you chose when ordering. We hope that you will be satisfied with our service.
What is the estimated delivery time?
We do everything we can to deliver your chosen bike as soon as possible. The probable delivery time is always indicated when ordering. However, the delivery date may change depending on unexpected circumstances (public holidays, carrier problems, natural emergencies, etc.)
How much does delivery cost?
The shipping price depends on the country of delivery.
What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?
Our bikes are delivered by DPD. The driver should always inform you by SMS before the delivery of the package about the approximate delivery time within two hours. It is of course possible to contact the driver by phone and arrange a different time or place of delivery.
When will the deliveries take place?
Our carrier, DPD, delivers packages on working days between 9:00 and 15:00. Therefore, it is a good idea to choose a delivery address where you move during the day. Alternatively, where someone is able to take the parcel for you. The driver should always inform you by SMS before the delivery of the package about the approximate delivery time within two hours. It is of course possible to contact the driver by phone and arrange a different time or place of delivery.
How will I be notified about my order?
If you have successfully placed an order with us, we will inform you at various stages of your order journey. Once your order has been successfully submitted, you will receive an email or SMS. We will also let you know once the bike has shipped along with a tracking number for the shipment. You can track your orders in the "Order Tracking" section of our website. We will send you further communication once your shipment is on its way for delivery to the address you have provided.
How will the packaging look like in case of a door delivery?
To make the transport of your purchased bike to you as safe as possible, we pack each bike in a special box - Sava safe box. This box is designed specifically for Sava and ensures maximum protection for the entire bike during transport. The Sava safe box is made of specially hard cardboard. Inside you will find cut-outs that reliably prevent any movements of the bike in the box. Only send your Sava bike in the Sava safe box.
